Metro Turkey has prepared the ‘Sustainable Restaurant Guide to support the food- beverage sector in sustainability and to ensure that applications in the sector are widespread.

Metro Turkey carries out its work with sustainability focus and adopting a holistic approach in this regard, has been expanding its domain by incorporating work, business partners and customers in its own, from the prevention of food waste for many years, the protection of local producers and products, the use of sustainable resources from traceability of products.
