Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

1. Purpose and scope

Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. ("TSKB" or the "Bank") cares about the protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life, and takes the maximum security measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data.

This Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform data subjects transparently about the categories of personal data processed by us under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") through the Contact Form, the methods of collection, the legal reasons and purposes of processing, transfers and transfer purposes, and the rights of data subjects.

2. Data controller / data processor

Within the scope of the KVKK and this Privacy Notice, Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. ("TSKB"), which determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system, is the "Data Controller".

Your personal data is processed by Argos Film Turizm Ltd. Şti., which has the capacity of "Data Processor" on behalf of TSKB, based on the authority granted by TSKB.

3. Categories of personal data processed

Identity information and contact information of persons who fill in the Contact Form are processed by the Bank.

4. Method of collection and legal reason

Your personal data is obtained and collected by the Data Processor and the Data Controller when you fill in the Contact Form, which is an entirely automatic method.

Your personal data is collected under Article 5/2-(e) of the KVKK because processing is necessary to reply to the suggestion, opinion and application messages you submit through the Contact Form and for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

5. Purpose and legal reason of processing

We process your personal data in connection with and limited to the stated purposes, to the extent required to achieve those purposes, relying on the processing conditions in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

6. Transfer of personal data and its purpose

Personal data obtained and processed through the Contact Form is not transferred to any third party, except for transfers made by the Data Processor to the Data Controller.

7. Rights of the data subject

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the Data Controller by the following methods, provided that you comply with Article 5/2 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published in the Official Gazette dated 10 March 2018 and numbered 30356.

• In person at the Bank's head office at Meclisi Mebusan Cad. No:81 Fındıklı 34427 Beyoğlu / Istanbul, together with documents sufficient to verify your identity,
• By a notification made to the head office address through a notary,
• By sending the completed application form to the Bank's registered electronic mail address tskb@hs02.kep.tr,
• By e-mailing a digital copy of the application form signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature to kvkbasvuru@tskb.com.tr,
• By sending a completed and signed copy of the application form to kvkbasvuru@tskb.com.tr from your e-mail address registered and confirmed in the Bank's systems.
