Nestlé DAMAK carried out jointly by the TEMA Foundation, which was launched in 2011, the Bol Happy project, which has a very important agricultural value for both Southeast Anatolia Region and all Turkey and aims to increase quality and yield in the production of Antep nuts, which has a total of about 210.000 people. It is also aiming to contribute to economic prosperity in the region with a sustainable production.

In the project, theoretical and practical trainings in 23 gardens with 336 dekar areas, struggle with diseases and pests, prevent erosion, work such as the facility of new gardens were carried out. In gardens, continued soil efficiency, encouraging the production of grafted seedlings, expanding the work to be transferred to farmers by example of agricultural sequins and increasing the income level of producers by creating sustainable production system. According to the measurements made, the average yield of 49 percent per tree, an important feature in fruit quality, increased by 24 percent in the rate of stubby. Diseases and pests were checked. Increases of data were assessed according to the neighboring gardens, while the increase per mile amounted to 123 percent. Efficiency differences between the year and the year of the year were reduced. In 2013, efficiency per tree was 67%.
