E-wastes should be returned
AA correspondent, International Waste Electric and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Forum 14 October International E-waste Day, therefore, according to the information published by the report, e-waste amount finds 9 billion kilograms annually.
The cables defined by WEEE Forum’s e-wastes as “non-image” category, electronic toys, electronic cigarettes, control, computer keyboards, headphones, speaker, electric toothbrushes, and e-wastes such as small household appliances have reached 10 billion dollars every year.
It creates electronic toys including 3,2 billion kilograms of e-wastes, electric trains, musical toys and other robotic tools. Every year 7,3 billion pieces of electronic toys are thrown into trash.

According to the United Nations, the rate of collection for recycling of e-wastes is 17 percent in the world, this rate is 55 percent in Europe. This year, 8 kilograms per person are calculated.
According to the WEEE Forum, the lack of awareness in the society is among the factors that prevent countries to develop cyclic economies for e-waste.

]The General Director of WEEE Forum Pascal Leroy said that the AA correspondent is not an international protocol or agreement to ensure the correct recycling of e-waste and to bring to the economy, in some regions such as Europe.
Leroy states that the formation of e-waste increases faster in the Asian region, which is an important factor that the population rise here and economic growth is higher, "This e-wastes that we describe as inappropriate are not noticeable due to its nature or appearance, and consumers are missing their recyclable potential."
Leroy, who recorded that e-waste will contribute to the critical mineral supply used in clean energy technologies of the economy, continued as follows: "No means of the end of the mineral mining. As the population increases, mining will continue and these minerals will be removed because the supply will continue. With clean energy conversion, we see that more wind turbines or solar panels need these critical minerals. The recycling of the e-wastes used by these critical minerals is necessary that you can contribute to the supply security and meet the needs of the production of technologies such as wind turbine, solar panel or batteries. "

Leroy expressed that the facility capacity required for the recycling of e-waste varies according to regions.
Leroy, which emphasizes that the capacity of recycling plant in regions such as Africa and Asia is insufficient, added that recycling plants need incentives to create an economic and financially business model.
