Business Bank became the first Turkish bank in the “Green Building” certificate
Business Bank Deputy General Manager Levent Korba is the first Turkish bank in the “Green Building” certification of the Business Bank with this assessment, “Green Building definition is used to define buildings that respect nature in the building industry, reduce ecological, comfortable and energy consumption. We are proud to be the first bank in Turkey.

Business Bank has won the certificate with the evaluation and audit conducted by the UK-based BRE, a reputable organization in sustainability in Europe. Performance detection is performed under two separate headers including ‘Bina’ and ‘Bina Management’. The ‘BREEAM In-Use’ certification, which is awarded with evaluations in energy, water, materials, wastes, pollution, transportation, land use, building management and health headers, is considered an international standard for green building and environmental compliance.
