The participants discussed how they dreamed a future for 2030, focusing on the topics of ‘Earth sex equality, ‘Design’ and ‘Ire Change’. The sustainability-oriented projects of companies in the workshop were taken into consideration that they should be established in strategic partnerships beyond seeing as ‘social responsibility’.

The following 3 topics appeared:

1. The biggest barrier in front of women’s work life, as well as the responsibility of home and care work. That’s why it’s not enough to remove obstacles in front of women’s work life. Men need to remove obstacles in front of their participation in home and maintenance work.

2. The impact of climate change to the consumer is not currently felt. In 2030, especially food will be more expensive, the access to safe food will be forced, health problems, water and energy resources will be reduced. [

3. In turn, access to social and cultural life in rural segments increases, the reputation of farming rises. It is necessary to support a ‘muted middle class’ where young people are encouraged to inherit their family business.
