This agreement predicts the release of gases that create the greenhouse effect of developed countries from 2008 to 2012. According to the United Nations data, 84 countries signed agreement from 2001, 34 countries approved. However, since there is no binding, a global decline was not observed after this agreement. The environmental organizations argue that in order to be able to pass ahead of the global warming, the developed countries in the United States must sign the Kyoto Agreement and comply with the rules.
