The village will be set from sunny-powered floating houses in Scotland

The floating houses that have been used for some time in the Netherlands have started to be popular in the UK. The company named STR EcoBuild is working in the capital of Scotland to establish a village consisting of floating houses along the Leith river in Kazanburg. This modest will provide two-room houses electricity with energy efficiency from solar energy.

Homes will provide warming with air source heat pumps. You will also use it by collecting rainwater to make yourself enough.

Also these houses will be sold at quite affordable price. Normally, when a two-room house is around 150-200 thousand pounds, the price of floating solar powered houses will be around 95 thousand pounds. This is because the price is cheap, the price of ironing is less likely to be requested. But it is noted that houses need to iron at very few levels.
