McKinsey, who has been researching “Women Matter” in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia for 10 years, published the first Women Matter research report, organized by Turkey.

The report in cooperation with TÜSİAD was reviewed the leading 102 companies of the country. With the research cover 240 thousand-collar employees from the entry level in the 11 sector, Turkey became the country that provides the highest company among McKinsey Women Matter researches, which was held until now.
