Biofuel from sewage mud
Every day, new ideas arise in how we can achieve energy without damaging the environment, expanding the scope of research. The last one of the work done in this field is quite interesting in terms of the raw materials used, and it is literally environmentally friendly in terms of its results.
According to the news contained in Radikal, a group of entrepreneurs and engineers will produce bio energy from wastes from sewage thanks to the system they have developed. Firstly, they aim to eliminate the waste problem, which is one of the biggest problems of municipalities with this new system they will operate in Antalya, as well as to produce renewable energy by spending less power and very little energy.

1. Frequent mud is sent automatically to the drying system. In this system, the vaporized liquids are separated from water and urea in the kneading unit. The water can be used again and the urea can be used in fertilizer industry.

2. The dried mud from the drying system is saturated in a special unit with no harm to nature.
3. The dried mud is taken into thermal shredding reactor. After thermal fragmentation, the gases coming back are kneaded by bio oil, high ammonia mixture liquid, high calorie coal and non-condensing combustible gases are obtained.
